What is TheQwikFix?
TheQwikFix is a software platform that connects licensed contractors to on-demand job opportunities. TheQwikFix helps eliminate the hassle of free consultations, quoting and bidding, saving you time and money.
TheQwikFix is used by real estate agents who need a list of tasks to be completed before a transaction on a home can close escrow. Generally, these tasks are driven from the home buyer’s inspection report. Most of the time this results in a request for repairs that need to be done quickly, by the seller. The funds for the repairs have already been approved and will be paid upon closing of escrow, generally just a few days after the work is complete.
How Does it Work?
Before accepting the opportunity you will have the ability to review the work order, general location of the work and the timeframe it needs to be completed by. After accepting the work order, TheQwikFix will provide
all the details, including the inspection report; which will cover the issues, pictures and locations of the items needing to be replaced or repaired. We will also send helpful reminders of the agreed upon start date
and more. The work order is set up in a way that is clear and easy to understand, task by task, with the specifics of each task that will be required.
Our system cuts out the guesswork for you and the homeowner, so that we rarely have confusion or miscommunications; which are never fun for either party. Best of all, if the homeowner ever wants to hire you for additional work in the future, they are yours to keep!
